Bring the World into Your Kitchen

We've curated a collection of 17 recipes to feature dishes from some of the many countries to which ACIS teachers travel each year. Certain countries feature more prominently than others, but all in all, 10 different culinary traditions are represented and celebrated.

While tasting all of these amazing foods in their home countries is certainly the most authentic way to experience them, having them at home (in-between trips abroad) is the next best thing.
